Sandy Hook Pilot`s Association (SHPA)
In March of 2002, America Systems, Inc. partnered with ESD to build the Sandy Hook Pilot`s Association Pilot Dispatch System. With Project Management and System Analysis provided by America Systems all development has been completed using ESD`s European development center.
The 24 x 7 x 365 system, which manages the daily logistics of the one hundred plus Sandy Hook Pilots, went live on Friday September 13th, 2002 replacing the highly manual process that was previously in place.
Sandy Hook Pilot`s Association (SHPA) Maintenance
ESD provides ongoing incident management and system enhancement of the 24x7 pilot dispatch system. This system drives their business and must be operational at all times. At the first report of a failure, our resources are online and connected to their servers fixing the problem. Since going live Friday September 13th, the system ended the year with no un-scheduled downtime. The SHPA dispatch system continues to be maintained and enhanced using the ESD`s European development center. |
