iTERM, a branded version of the the eTERM terminal management solution, has gone live onsite at Ironbound Intermodal Industries, Inc (IBI). The application services over 150 concurrent application users on local PCs, Handhelds and over the internet. The resulting implementation makes use of ActiveFailSafe to allow two servers located at two separate corporate offices, to act as a redundant pair. This ensures the application availability through server and connectivity failures while allowing for load balancing of user requests.

ESD completes update of Maersk Automated Attendant. ESD developed the Maersk Automated Attendant to provide a first class high impact touch screen kiosk building directory. The kiosk is integrated to the Cisco Phone system to allow building visitors to search the directory and call the person they are visiting using only a touch screen.
