Cornerstone
| Overview
Cornerstone Relocation Group's TrackStar™ system provides their Relocation Councelors with the tools to quickly and effectively manage premium relocation services. Quickly, because their transferees who are being relocated often call anxious and in a hurry on a cell phone in front of a real estate lawyer or coordinating their moving crew. Effectively because Cornerstone handles many of the fortune 500's most senior executive relocations. TrackStar™ has been the core of their enterprise initiative to help automate the workforce and their processes. Jannelle Piatkowski, Cornerstone's President claims that, "There is not one conversation that I have about our company that does not in some way shape or form come back to TrackStar™. TrackStar™ is truely at the core of our business."
Cornerstone Relocation - TrackStar™
In March of 2000 ESD began to develop the TrackStar™ application for Cornerstone Relocation Group. An Onshore team provided Project Management, Business Analysis and requirements management while all development was completed using ESD`s European development center.
Three years later, TrackStar™ touches all aspects of Cornerstone`s business providing true enterprise services such as; supply chain management, workflow, integrated accounting functionality, CRM, HR, and operational reporting.
With three unique phases of development completed over the last three years, and a fourth phase scheduled to begin this year, TrackStar™ continues to grow in scope and capability helping Cornerstone to effectively meet the challenges of increasingly aggressive sales and service demands.
Cornerstone Relocation - Systems Support
Five years later ESD continues to provide ongoing incident management and system enhancements for all of Cornerstone operational systems. This includes their 24x7 Trackstar™ system. Trackstar™ represents the automation of their business operations providing customer interface modules and seamless accounting integration and is used by all of their customers and employees to manage day-to-day operations. It must be operational at all times and in the event of a failure we are available online, connected to the servers fixing the problem. This system is a key part of their business and has been in successful operation since July of 2000. | » back |
